Welcome to the third course of the Emergency Preparedness Program, Evacuation.
With the first two courses we set the context for emergency preparedness and spent some time preparing to shelter in place.
Now we turn our focus to evacuation. This topic is another critical area of emergency preparedness, as the need to evacuate could arise from a number of possible emergencies: civil unrest, fires, floods, hurricanes and other natural disasters.
This Course #3 – Evacuation, covers aspects of preparing to evacuate. We begin the course with several recorded video presentations on the topic of evacuation. After the videos, you’ll see a section with resources and practical suggestions on how to prepare to leave your home in the event a disaster forces you to evacuate suddenly.
The course includes in-depth discussions on potential emergencies that could result in the need to evacuate and down-to-earth practical information on evacuation planning. It also provides insights and teachings on how to approach your preparations from both a material and a spiritual perspective.
Even if you’ve already done some of the work in this area, there will still be a lot of new information for you to incorporate into your preparations.
There is also inspiration from Gourasana, Kalindi, and The Lady – they always give a spiritual perspective to help us work with our preparations from the deepest part of our hearts and souls.
We thank you for participating in this program. We sincerely hope that you find it helpful.

All of the Courses in this Emergency Preparedness Program are offered free of charge. However, if you feel inspired to make a donation to Center of The Golden One, you can do that by clicking HERE.
Center of The Golden One and the presenters of this program are not experts in emergency and disaster preparedness; we have, however, done some homework in “preparedness” and want to share with you some of what we have learned so far. Our goal here is simply to introduce you to this important and timely subject, and inspire you to take the action you feel necessary. You, of course, are ultimately responsible for your own preparation and the well-being of yourselves and your loved ones.
