Welcome to the February 2017 Go Deeper Day
Go Deeper Days are opportunities to go further into our transformations, the teachings, and our relationship with Gourasana.Vince Roger, a newly upcoming Spiritual Master of Center of The Golden One, is presenting this Go Deeper Day. He begins with an exercise to help us come alive and feel our vibrancy.
Following this are commentary, sharing, talks and exercises designed to remind us that this simple path to freedom truly is not complicated and that we can move quickly on our path in focus, aliveness and vibrant seriousness.
The day started at 10:00 am and ended at about 8:00 pm and had several breaks. There are 6 videos that comprise the day. Four of them are presentations, talks, commentary and sharing, and one is a meditation. (During the sharing circles you will be given instructions on how to participate when these segments take place.) Watch the videos in order. The meditation is a video file, but you can close your eyes and meditate, as there is only a picture on the screen.
Set yourself up to take notes and have your meditation bag handy for the meditation that happens this day. As you click on each page of this course, you will see text describing that part of the day. Instructions for your participation are written in italics.
