With awareness look at the illusion.
Look at the things that are getting in your way.
Whatever happens, be it some occurrence in your daily activities
or a disturbance of your mind,
see that it is distracting you from the truth.
Gourasana
Quote #57
Breaking the Cycle of Birth and Death (2019)

Introduction
A core direction from each of the Founders of this Mission has always been to find more and more awareness until you have found a full state of awareness, self- and God- realization, direct personal union with God and Ultimate Freedom.
Growing one’s awareness is vital for those who desire to become freer from the illusion every day. One of the first steps towards finding a state of full awareness is to find self-awareness, or ‘to know thyself’.
In this course, you will get a taste of what Gourasana, Kalindi and The Lady have spoken on the topic of awareness and you will be guided to:
- apply their teachings to your life,
- use your challenges that come up in your daily life to do the work of increasing your awareness,
- experience an increase in your speed of spiritual movement.
Preparation
Make sure you have a place to journal before you begin. Journaling is an important tool for self-exploration and increasing your awareness. It often reveals what is going on internally, in ways that just thinking about something does not.

Your Schedule
The course is divided into 24 individual sessions where you will be learning and practicing applying your awareness for spiritual movement. You can schedule each session into your calendar in whatever timing that works for you. Most sessions will take a half-hour to an hour to complete. Between sessions you can have some focus on the content at conducive times during your day.
The exceptions are:
- For Session 8 you will need to schedule 2 hours for a meditation.
- For Session 9 you will need to schedule at least 40 minutes to listen to and contemplate The Lady’s talks.
- For Session 10 you will need at least 75 minutes to work with the content of those talks.
Before you begin, write the needed time into your schedule to complete the 24 sessions. In addition, be sure to set aside time to meditate during the week.
